Reporting illegal content

Artists upload their own content to unlq, such as tracks, artwork and text. If you believe content infringes your rights (for example copyright) or is otherwise illegal, email us at support@unlq.app. Please include the link to the gate, an explanation and your contact details. We review every report promptly and remove illegal content.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. We are not obliged to permanently monitor content uploaded by artists. As soon as we become aware of an infringement, we remove the content concerned without delay.

Liability for links

Our pages contain links to external websites such as SoundCloud or Instagram. We have no influence on their content; the respective provider is always responsible for it. If we become aware of any infringement, we remove such links without delay.
